The Cranes Roost Village community is known for its great location, access to shopping and activities and beautiful setting.

This website is sponsored by the Cranes Roost Village HOA, a mandatory homeowner association representing over 120 units in the development. We are located in the Cranes Roost area of Altamonte Springs, off of Central Parkway and behind the Altamonte Mall. This website is for the use of residents, guests, prospective home buyers, realty professionals and others who support the neighborhood.

Hello Neighbors, and welcome to our new community website! This platform is designed to provide easier access to important announcements, meeting schedules, and other useful resources. Need to access your sentry account, click here.

Community Stair Repair Key Details:

  • Purpose of Work: Stairwells and walkways are being upgraded to meet current safety codes and to create a uniform appearance

  • Stair Painting Schedule Update: Painting is weather dependent. Buildings will receive a final grinding pass and cleanup immediately prior to painting

  • Overnight Painting Hours (To minimize disruption): Work will begin at approximately 9:00 PM. All entrances will be fully accessible again by 6:00 AM

  • Access: One stairwell will always remain open; work will move floor by floor

  • Noise: Loud demolition work primarily between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Miscellaneous: Minor dust and paint odor expected; daily cleanup provided

  • Utilities: No water or electricity interruptions

  • Parking: Temporary disruptions due to equipment storage containers

Membership

Property Owners become members of the Association and are entitled to utilize common areas, participate in Annual Elections of Directors and other special elections that the Association may conduct. Owners of multiple properties are entitled to multiple votes.
