This website is sponsored by the Cranes Roost Village HOA, a mandatory homeowner association representing over 120 units in the development. We are located in the Cranes Roost area of Altamonte Springs, off of Central Parkway and behind the Altamonte Mall. This website is for the use of residents, guests, prospective home buyers, realty professionals and others who support the neighborhood.

2026 Annual Assessment
Beginning January 2026, the annual assessment will increase by 2.7% for the 2026 calendar year.Annual Smoke Detector Certification
In accordance with fire code regulations, all residences are required to have smoke detectors inspected and certified each year. Certification may be completed by the homeowner or their designated representative. A certification form will be mailed to each residence. Please complete the form and return it to Sentry in the envelope provided.

Membership
Property Owners become members of the Association and are entitled to utilize common areas, participate in Annual Elections of Directors and other special elections that the Association may conduct. Owners of multiple properties are entitled to multiple votes.
