This website is sponsored by the Cranes Roost Village HOA, a mandatory homeowner association representing over 120 units in the development. We are located in the Cranes Roost area of Altamonte Springs, off of Central Parkway and behind the Altamonte Mall. This website is for the use of residents, guests, prospective home buyers, realty professionals and others who support the neighborhood.

Community Stair Repair Key Details:
Construction Start: December 15, 2025 (beginning with Building 510)
Holiday Break: No work from December 20, 2025 – January 4, 2026
Purpose of Work: Stairwells and walkways are being upgraded to meet current safety codes and to create a uniform appearance
Access: One stairwell will always remain open; work will move floor by floor
Noise: Loud demolition work primarily between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Dust: Minor dust expected; daily cleanup provided
Utilities: No water or electricity interruptions
Parking: Temporary disruptions due to equipment storage containers

2026 Annual Assessment
Beginning January 2026, the annual assessment will increase by 2.7% for the 2026 calendar year.

Membership
Property Owners become members of the Association and are entitled to utilize common areas, participate in Annual Elections of Directors and other special elections that the Association may conduct. Owners of multiple properties are entitled to multiple votes.
